The
Irish Junior Under 14 Cup (Mixed) took place in Galway on the weekend of
February 14-15. There was a high level of competition, with a number of
talented players figuring. St Vincent's B were the winners, beating a
talented Corrib side in the final.
Lisa
Kelly of St Vincent's was awarded the ‘Player of the Tournament’ award for
her outstanding performances throughout the Championship. Lisa pipped St
Vincent's colleague Conor Bridgeman and Corrib’s Michael Heary to the award.
